Hunter Biden trial: Trump fans jittery before debates

By triji Jun 3, 2024

Beginning this coming Monday, the son of Vice President Joe Biden will be put on trial in a federal court located in Delaware. In order to purchase a revolver in 2018, he is accused of lying and denying that he had a problem with drug addiction.

Joe Biden’s campaign for the presidency of the United States of America saw an unprecedented and perilous occurrence known as “VS.” His son, Hunter, is accused of illegally possessing a weapon, and the trial for this offense is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 3, in federal court. Federal prosecutors have charged Hunter Biden, who is 54 years old, of lying when he filled out documents to acquire a gun in 2018. In those forms, he denied having a heroin addiction, which he later admitted to having.

Furthermore, he is defending himself in this case on three counts of tax fraud, to which he pled not guilty in October. He is also indicted for tax fraud in another case.

Two counts relating to the possible fraudulent filling up of documents necessary for the purchase of a firearm, as well as a third count on the illegal possession of this weapon, will be brought before a jury in Wilmington, which is the stronghold of Vice President Joe Biden in the state of Delaware, which is located in the eastern region of the United States. Only eleven days passed until his fiancée threw her away in a garbage can. He had only held her for that long.

He could be sentenced to up to 25 years in jail.

Hunter Biden is one of the most popular targets of his father’s Republican rivals, beginning with his predecessor Donald Trump, who considers him to be the heel of Joe Biden’s Achilles. Hunter Biden’s past is littered with addictions and he has had questionable affairs abroad in the past. Through his schooling as a lawyer, he went on to become a lobbyist. However, before he emerged from his torments, he became addicted to drink and narcotics. Now he is a painter.

In spite of the fact that Joe Biden has never provided his youngest son with specific information regarding his legal issues, he has consistently reassured him of his love as a father. The Democrats, on the other hand, have no interest in the news of this trial or any possible comments that Joe Biden might make to the media about this topic. Instead, they are more concerned with the headlines that are being published about the conviction of Donald Trump in New York.

It is possible that Hunter Biden may receive a term of up to 25 years in jail if he is found guilty during the trial process; however, in reality, very few persons who are convicted of similar acts actually end up doing time in prison.

Fifteen years of being addicted

During the two weeks that are scheduled for the hearing, his book, titled Les Belles Choses (2021), will undoubtedly be called upon. In this book, he recounts the vodka that he drank straight from the bottle, the nighttime wanderings that he did in search of crack at seedy convenience stores, the unsuccessful attempts at detoxification, and the fleeting love affairs that he had with his brother’s widow.

After the contentious purchase of the revolver, Hunter Biden asserts that he has successfully completed four years of addiction in the year 2019, which is to say after the purchase. However, in 2018, he stated on a form for acquiring a firearm that he was not a drug addict. This is a contradiction that is at the core of the prosecution’s claim, as they believe that this is a falsehood that is punishable by law in the United States. This assertion, however, is refuted by the defense, which contends that Hunter Biden did not believe himself to be a drug addict at the time that he entered his information onto the form.

Already under investigation for tax evasion

During his tenure as vice president under Barack Obama (2009-2017), Joe Biden was accused of using his influence to enable his son Hunter to engage in business activities in China and Ukraine. As a result, elected Republican leaders in Congress have initiated an impeachment probe against Joe Biden. In spite of this, the courts have not brought charges against him in relation to this matter, and there has been no evidence presented on this subject.

In addition, Hunter Biden was indicted for tax fraud in December. He is suspected of evading the responsibility to pay $1.4 million in taxes by using a “scheme” to avoid paying the taxes. A trial is scheduled to take place in California this year, and he has entered a plea of not guilty.كريم-طبيعي-لتخفيف-آلام-المفاصل-artirelax-tunisia.html
